Every KolorQuest™ book is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
Because orders are processed quickly, cancellations or changes may not be possible once an order has been placed.
30-Day Returns
We want you to love your KolorQuest™ experience.
If your order isn’t the right fit, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Unless the item is damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Return Process
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and issue details
- We’ll provide return instructions if approved
- Once the item is received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns cannot be accepted for:
- Items sent back without approval
- Products damaged through misuse
- Free or promotional items
